The work of human talent is empowering people to develop their skills, and able to take on organizational change, the global economy requires to remain competitive.
The organizational changes are required in the workplace, creating guidelines to improve day to day processes of human talent, as these processes can not be converted to simple management the personnel.

For this reason, companies should see their people as allies, partners, collaborators and not only as a resource, as resources are depleted and are used also produce costs
The interaction of people reveals that each has its own way of creating, building and using their skills, values and create a sense of belonging to the company and to transform transforming the labor market going.
In theory everything is fine, but in reality are more companies that only use staff to achieve their economic goals, that will worry for keeping employees involved in its activities.
